Girl Scouts censor Facebook criticism of palm oil in cookies

Can you believe it? The girls themselves took to Facebook to mount an offensive on the company’s use of unsustainable palm oil in their cookies (a new development since only 2005), and the Girl Scouts of America’s PR department response was to delete all the comments and post a not-really-true spin on the issue.

Wow. This is wrong on so many levels.
