Another reason not to diet (as if I needed one…)
I’m not sure if this is tragic or comforting:
The premise here: it says that various bodily toxins collect in our fat tissue, and that when we lose weight and burn off the fat, the toxins get released into our bloodstream. It sounds all fairly tenuous, at this point, but…
I guess part of the point here is to try to avoid as many of the various toxic substances surrounding us as we can, so that when we lose weight we will have less nastiness to release, right?
