This is cool.  I’m always happy to read things that support my deep dislike for health clubs as a form of exercise and fitness. 🙂 Not to mention the cliche maternal thing about “go out and get some fresh air.” But I’m happy that scientists are actually starting to really study effect of environment on mental health, which is so closely related to physical health anyhow…
