When a review is as good as the book…unless the book is better

Jill Richardson at La Vida Locavore gave a great review of the book Kitchen Literacy: How we lost knowledge of where food comes from and why we need to get it back by Ann Vilesis–one of those times when the review itself was fairly riveting and taught me more than I knew I didn’t know, you know?

  1. just got it and have started reading. It is a lot heavier reading than Michael Pollen, but promises to be interesting. I hope.
