A new blogsite!

I’ve finally decided to abandon the cool new Dreamwidth in favor of something with better functionality and more features.  (How very big-box store of me! :-). ) So here I am…I’ll be trying to slowly import my former greenblog over to this site, and we’ll see how it all goes!  (It’s a slow process…Dreamwidth doesn’t have an exporter, apparently, at least not one I can find…)

Over at LJ they had a thing called the “cut” where you highlighted a bunch of text and hid it…here I think there’s a “read more” function; with any luck, this paragraph will be behind it.  Shall we see if I can make it work?

So far I like it over here!
