More energy bars…and a new favorite blog!

I was poking around for more energy bar recipes, and I came across this blog:

I’ve just spent the past 20 minutes going back further and further, and finding recipe after recipe I want to try. (In fact, her faux-larabar and energy bar recipes look possibly better than the one I posted earlier today…) And then I looked closer and saw that this is Camilla Saulsbury, whose “Enlightened Soups” cookbook I have and love.
